Learn to Skate
This program gives kids a chance to learn the fundamentals of skating, combined with fun games on the ice. Skates and a hockey or bike helmet is all that is needed, full hockey equipment is not needed.
Practices
Each session runs 6 weeks with a 45 min practice session per week. These sessions run Saturday mornings; 8:00 - 8:45am.
When
The 2025-2026 Learn to Skate program has multiple sessions.
- Session 1: 9/27-11/8
- Session 2: 11/15-12/20
- Session 3: 1/3-2/14 (No class 1/10 due to 6U Scramble in the Dells)
Cost
The cost for Learn to Skate will be $75 per 6 week session. You will also have to register for a USA Hockey number for your skater. This is good for the whole season. To do so, please visit USA Hockey

Session 3 registration IS NOW OPEN
Sessions are tentatively scheduled for:
Session 1 is Sept. 27 - Nov. 8, 2025
Session 2 is Nov. 15 - Dec. 20, 2025
Session 3 is Jan. 3 - Feb. 14, 2026 (with a break 1/10 for the 6U tournament)
