Registration is OPEN! (Will close 8/25/2025)
Hello Wildcat Families — we hope you’ve had a wonderful summer so far! It’s going fast, and it’s time to think about getting back to the Ice Pond and ready for the season. Before it kicks off, we have a few updates for you.
Registration for all skaters for the 2025-26 season is now open, including the first session of Learn to Skate!
Registration will close on August 25th, 2025. If you had an account last year you do not need to create a new account. You should still be able to log in to your family’s account. If you don’t remember your password, use the reset password function or contact registrar@wildcathockey.org for assistance.
When you register, you’ll be asked whether you want to pay in full for the season or in monthly installments.The installment payments will process on the 15th of each month starting from Sept. 15 to Feb. 15.
● If you are registering only two skaters at the 8U Mite level and above, on your youngest skater, use the discount code XKID200, to receive a discount of $200 off the registration fee.
● If you are registering more than two skaters at the 8U Mite level and above, on your youngest skater, use the discount code MULTISK400, to receive a discount of $400 off the registration fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Participants in 6U, Intro to Hockey, and Learn to Skate are not eligible for the discount. If you have questions about your financials, or are in need of a scholarship, please contact Ashley Van Ooyen at treasurer@wildcathockey.org.
● Registration fees don’t include tournament fees, and depending on your team placement, you may also pay an additional coaching fee.
● If you’re looking to buy out your volunteer contribution for the year, you can do that at registration for $625. Any unfilled volunteer hours will be billed on March 15 at $30/hr.
All jersey orders must be placed with registration. All jerseys ordered after registration closes will be charged $30 extra for individual shipping. Sample jerseys are available at the Ice Pond for you to try on. If your player already has an assigned number but wants a new one, please contact the appropriate apparel manager:

We will continue to offer two jersey options:
● Reversible JOG jerseys will be $65 for youth sizes and $68 for adult sizes
● Black Biscuit (two jerseys: one black, one white) are $115 (these are only available for U10/Squirt,
U12/Peewee and U14/Bantam)
Important Dates to Note:
● Try Hockey for Free event at the Ice Pond on Saturday, Sept. 13 — we’ll have an hour for all skaters
from 9-10 a.m., followed by an all-girls hour from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Please help us spread the word (and get in a few early volunteer hours by getting involved).
● Our preseason skills practices for U10/Squirt, U12/Peewee and U14/Bantam players will begin Saturday, Sept. 13, followed by player evaluations (dates TBD). Team practices will then begin in early October.
● U6 and U8 skaters will have a Welcome Back Skate on Saturday, September 27th. Watch for more information to come as the date gets closer.
● Learn to Skate - Session 1, will begin on September 27.
● The Wildcat Classic will be Saturday, October 18th.
