Wildcat Hockey Dry Land Training
We are excited to share details on our upcoming Wildcat Hockey Dry Land Training program at The Ice Pond, hosted by Badger State Health and coached by Dr. Daniel Murray, DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy, 4-time All-American runner at UW-Madison, and Level 1 CrossFit Coach)!
This program focuses on off-ice strength, speed, conditioning, and injury prevention to help our athletes build a stronger stride, faster acceleration, higher shift-specific endurance, and proper durability on the ice.
Sessions:
Session 1: October 19 – December 21, 2026 (8 weeks; no sessions Oct 26 or Thanksgiving week)
Session 2: January 4 – February 24, 2027 (8 weeks)
Program Details:
Eligible Age Groups: 10U (Squirt), 12U (Peewee), and 14U (Bantam)
Participation: Completely optional
Location: The Ice Pond
Days: Mondays & Wednesdays
Drop In Time Slots: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM & 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Attend any of the four weekly offerings!
Cost: $150 per athlete per session
