2026-2027 Wildcat Photos
BANTAMS/PEEWEES/SQUIRTS
Skaters and coaches must be photographed by November 7 to be included in the team photo. Skaters who miss the deadline may not be included.
Missed your window or waiting on a new jersey? Book a make-up through my booking link before November 7. If I’m at the rink, you’re also welcome to stop by at another time. Coaches: Please come with your skater so you’re in the team photo.
PLAYER PORTRAIT SESSIONS: SIGN-UPS OPEN OCTOBER 22 Starting October 22, you can book a Player Portrait Session through my booking link, similar to last year. These longer sessions include multiple poses and backgrounds. They are separate from Team Photo Week and are not covered by the November 7 deadline.
What to bring: Please arrive fully dressed in a black Wildcat jersey, black socks, full gear, skates, gloves, and stick.
Ordering: No pre-payment is necessary. You can order after you’ve seen your skater’s images.
Timeline: I aim to photograph the entire Wildcat family within the first few weeks of November at the Ice Pond. If you’re a returning family, please know that I have a shortened timeline for the 2026/2027 season to ensure quicker delivery. More dates and times will be released gradually as current slots fill. If you’re waiting for a specific day, please refresh the booking page as I build out time slots where they’re needed.
Coaches: Coaches are required to get their photo taken if they want to be in the team photo. If they plan to arrive with their skater, you can add their photo session to the skater’s booking. If coaches will be photographed separately, they can pop in any time I’m there. Coaches get a complimentary digital image with their skater, delivered mid-season.
WILDCAT ROOKIE ACADEMY/6U/8U
Photos for our youngest Wildcats start at the Wildcat Classic on October 24. Since season rosters are still being finalized, 6U and 8U follow a separate schedule from the older divisions and are not subject to the same deadlines. If you're Wildcat Rookie Academy, these photos aren't required, but you're welcome to get your child's individual photo taken!
How it works: All photos are taken off ice and for 6U & 8U, they are composited into your team photo once season rosters are finalized. When you book, you can choose whether you only want to be part of the team photo or if you’d also like fun, hockey-related poses of your athlete. Wildcat Rookie Academy, you'll choose individual in-gear photos only.
Booking: Please sign up through my booking link. I’ll be available most of the day during the Wildcat Classic, so this is an easy time to get photos out of the way! Choose the option that fits your family:
-Wildcat Individual in gear photos: Book this if you’d like individual hockey images in addition to being in the team photo.
-Wildcat team photo ONLY. Individual for composite: Takes just a minute! If you’re not interested in individual images, please sign up for just this option.
-More than one skater: Book a time slot for each skater. We can take a photo of them together if you want, in that case, book their time slots back to back.
Where to find me: Look for me in the first locker room on the left at the Ice Pond.
